Can we remind people to pick up after their dogs - thanks to those of you who do! It has also been noticed that dog mess is bagged then left on the side of the roads - it might be that you will pick it up on your return but some is just left. There are bins provided to dispose of this.

Covid-19 virus - if you are aware of anyone who might need help in collecting, prescriptions, urgent supplies etc please contact the Clerk. We will be following strict Government guidelines but will help out where possible.

Parish Council meeting due to be held on Monday 23rd March 2020 has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus. The Parish Council are still working on your behalf during this time and and can still be contacted via telephone or email.

Road closure - 10th February 2020 for approximately 2 hours - High Green, Chorley for electricity connection between 10am-12noon.

Please see attached map of diversion route. The Parish Council are concerned about the diversion route planned due to this going through a ford and very bad potholes (should be temporary filled before work commences), so if possible use an alternative route which will take longer but hopefully safer!
